Had come down for work got here Breakfast was delicious everything was clean the receptionist was very professional and on top of everything I believe his name is Carl great guy great attitude and very helpful all the way around I’d come back

Staff was very friendly, easy check-in. There was a problem with our TV in the room and they had to fix it 2x, but it worked great after that. I did going out to the staff some gunk on one of the walls that needed to be cleaned. The Shower was older and needed a bit of a makeover, but it was clean. The pool was clean and great temperature, but it needs so.e work. The tile in a lot of areas was broken/stained. The hot tub was empty and missing broken tiles. I had an amazing swim regardless.

I stay at tons of hotels a year. And this one I loved. Carl was absolutely amazing with customer service. I would definitely recommend again to anyone

They allowed pets which was awesome because we had 2 small dogs with us during our stay. When we checked in we got to the room and it clearly wasn't done being cleaned. The sheets were stripped off the bed, towels on the ground etc. No big deal because once we addressed the front desk he kindly apologized and upgraded us to a suite.. which we appreciated. This room was nice and clean. The only complaint I have is that the room was a little dank. But they had a pool, which was open. It was nice considering a lot of hotels in Abilene advertise a pool as an amenity and they are either dirty or closeddue to some ridiculous reason. So I appreciated that as well. My son and I took full advantage of a swim after dark. All in all it was worth price and I'd stay there again.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. They even had breakfast ready at my 4:30am check-out. Also a pet friendly hotel

Beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was as expected for a hotel at this price point. Location was great for us. House keeping gave us fresh towels but no updated coffee supplies. Room maintenance could be better. It would give room a better quality feeling. Would have to consider really hard aboutanother possible stay in the future . Pictures will be attached. Hope it helps other customers. Hair still attached to back of dryer. Makes me wonder how good housekeeping really is

Ordered takeout and needed a fork. Asked front desk if they had any available, since they provide hot breakfast in the morning, I was told they didn’t have any. Mmmmm? Ok! Room was nice and clean. Had a small parking for a tractor-trailer.

Friendly service, and nice clean room, comfy bed and soft pillows just got settled in for the night. I might continue this review tomorrow free continental breakfast!! It was delicious I give it 10 out off 10 I had some fluffy, scrambled eggs with sausage and potato cake with a side of toast and a fresh made waffle!! They also had other items to offer cereals to fresh fruits, milk and more last but not least, they had some fresh biscuits And gravy! They offered all the amenities including a workout room. Pool, and office to fax or keep up with daily work or activities. 10 out of 10 !!!
